Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor
Job Summary: Supervise Inventory Control staff and their daily responsibilities. Ensure proper execution of all appropriate policies and procedures.  Responsible for Inventory Control of all inventories; Prime, Consigned and Returnable Bins.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all Inventory and Office Assistant personnel
  • Organize and direct daily cycle count process
  • Control audits of Cycle counts
  • Generate counts to support reconciliation of inventory
  • Review / research all cycle count (inventory) process and data
  • Adjust inventory as needed
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through monitoring daily processes
  • Communicate with all (OPS Manager, Supervisors, and Warehouse personnel) when necessary
  • Communicate and coordinate with Customer (when necessary) related to Inventory issues
  • Research all variances
  • Identify root causes of problems/variances
  • Resolve problems and fix process errors
  • Report findings to management
  • Perform any other job requirements as directed by the supervisor
  • Reconciliation of Customer to Feblo Systems inventory weekly
  • Maintain Inventory Control records and interface with customer Inventory Control area as needed
  • Coordinate annual physical inventory — prime and consigned programs
  • Responsible for quality performance in Inventory Control area
  • Supervise and Train cycle counters and inventory coordinators
  • Manage assigned employees vacation and personal time off

Skills, Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiar with Feblo Systems, GM EDS/CIS and Microsoft Office package
  • Customer service — detail oriented
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems
