Feblo develops warehouse processes to fit unique customer needs for supply chain efficiency. We operate multiple processes in one facility and can also dedicate a site to a specific project. Our operations are designed to maximize the efficient flow of material to the customer, minimizing time spent on material handling, inventory, and clerical functions. We tailor material handling processes that both satisfy specific customer requirements and remain flexible enough to modify quickly as business needs change.
Warehouse programs use cycle count techniques to maintain highly accurate control over customer inventory. We can integrate our inventory system with client systems to provide visibility of on-hand balances, receipts and shipments. Feblo develops performance metrics based on client requirements to validate processes on an ongoing basis.
To exceed customer material flow objectives, Feblo’s consignment management system uses an RF barcode process that generates Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), shipper and bill of lading information from bar code scans of outbound material. In addition, the company can consolidate shipments by customer destination and mode of transportation, creating cost efficiencies to successfully implement product recall and direct marketing programs.
Feblo’s multiple warehouse locations are secure, insured, and fire protected with high-density sprinkler systems. Bonded warehouse space is available for storage to 22 feet clear height. All Feblo facilities are ISO 9001 Registered and C-TPAT approved.
